Weirdmess after upgrade

After an upgrade to Cpanel and a routine update of the server some files and catalogs appear to ba out of bounds for some reason and have lost ownership and locked themselves. In some cases files have also lost CHMOD values which can cause disruptions and problems.
Contact support as soon as possible to have this fixed should you experience problems.
